Our History

AQF Windows & Doors was established in 1997 initially servicing the small end of the domestic market. Operating out of a small backyard shed the company quickly carved out a reputation for quality work and a commitment to service levels. The business slowly grew requiring more sheds and more space.

Around 2004 the business started entering the commercial markets and larger high risk residential projects. This decision brought with it considerable growth as the business was able to secure considerable market share from the more traditional companies servicing these markets.

In 2006 it was time to move into purpose built facilities to allow the company to continue to grow and mature as a recognized firm on the Sunshine Coast that could deliver on the most difficult of projects.

During 2007/08 the company started exploring opportunities outside of the Sunshine Coast and has developed markets in Brisbane and regional Queensland. In 2009 the original founders of the business decided it was time to sell in order to allow the business to move to the next level of maturity and capability. The company has now invested in cutting edge technology on the factory floor to enhance quality of product and has expanded its market coverage geographically, cemented its position as a reliable commercial window fabricator and is demonstrating its ability to deliver on the most challenging of architectural designs.
